Ziatan is an authorized retailer that operates primarily through inbound call leads. This policy explains the limited data we handle, how we protect it, and your choices. Our website does not support online transactions and does not collect or store payment information.

1. Overview
Ziatan helps customers compare providers and connect by phone to place orders. Order processing and payment occur entirely within the provider's secure systems. Our direct handling of personal data is intentionally minimal.
2. Data We Collect
- Website: cookies for functionality and analytics (see our Cookies Policy). We do not collect or store personal data for transactions on the site.
- Call center: information exchanged during a call is used only to help you select a service and transition to the provider. We do not request or intentionally collect sensitive data (e.g., SSNs, card numbers).
- Callback number: a phone number that initiated an inbound call may be retained briefly for callback purposes.
3. Call Recordings
We record inbound and permissible outbound calls for quality assurance, training, compliance, and dispute resolution. Recordings are retained for up to five (5) years and stored securely. If sensitive data is inadvertently shared, we follow procedures to redact or mask it.

5. Data Sharing

We implement access controls, encryption, and secure storage appropriate to the limited data we hold. Access is restricted on a need-to-know basis, and our practices are reviewed periodically.
