TCPA & Telemarketing Compliance Policy
Ziatan operates an onshore U.S.-based call center to help residential and business customers find and compare internet, TV, home-phone, mobile, and home-security services. This policy outlines our communication practices and adherence to the Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA), state telemarketing regulations, and call-recording laws.
Effective Date: June 2, 2026
1. Introduction & Scope
This policy applies to all telephone communications (voice and SMS) made by or on behalf of Ziatan, whether initiated by us or in response to a customer's inbound call, including follow-up communications and any marketing or informational outreach.
2. Express Consent to Contact
By voluntarily providing your telephone number to Ziatan (via our website, web forms, or during an inbound call), you provide prior express written consent to be contacted by Ziatan and our authorized service partners.
- Methods: live-agent calls, automated dialing systems (ATDS), artificial or prerecorded voice messages, and SMS text messages.
- Purpose: communications relate to your inquiry about internet, cable, mobile, home-phone, or security services, and may include account updates, billing, and promotional offers.
- No obligation: consent is not a condition of purchasing any goods or services from Ziatan or its partners.
3. Call Recording & Monitoring (Two-Party Consent)
To ensure quality service and verify authorization, Ziatan monitors and records inbound and outbound calls. By speaking with a Ziatan representative, you consent to the recording and monitoring of your call. This complies with one-party and strict two-party/all-party consent laws (e.g., California, Florida, Massachusetts). If you do not wish to be recorded, please disconnect and contact us by email or mail.
4. State-Specific Telemarketing Laws (Mini-TCPAs)
Ziatan complies with state telemarketing laws and Mini-TCPAs (including Florida, Oklahoma, Washington, New York, and New Jersey).
- Calling windows: outbound promotional/follow-up communications are restricted to legally permissible hours in your time zone (typically 8:00 AM–8:00 PM).
- DNC registries: we scrub outbound lists against the National Do Not Call Registry and all applicable state registries.
- Auto-dialer definitions: we adhere to the broader automated-system definitions dictated by specific state laws.
5. Opting Out & Internal Do-Not-Call
You may revoke consent at any time. Ziatan maintains an internal Do Not Call list and honors opt-out requests promptly.
- Calls: ask any agent to place you on our internal DNC list, or email compliance@ziatan.com / call 833-261-0564. Allow up to 30 days to process across all systems.
- SMS: reply STOP, or email compliance@ziatan.com.
6. Message & Data Rates
For any SMS communications, standard message and data rates from your mobile carrier may apply.
7. Policy Updates
Ziatan may modify this policy at any time to reflect changes in federal or state law or our business practices. Updates are posted publicly on this website.
